I've tried the prime 3 times now and even though I order it medium rare, it always taste off. I can't explain it except to say it taste a little airy. It's not juicy and flavorful. I also had the baked sweet potato which was very good. The carrot cake was probably one of the best I've ever had. It was super moist.

I can always fall back on Outback. My husband and I usually order it to go using their handy iPhone app. We normally get salads and aussie cheese fries because well, aussie cheese fries are delicious and the salad minuses out some of the unhealthiness right? Also it's dirt cheap at only $16! They're usually pretty fast at getting your food out to you but I recommend checking your food before you drive off. One time they forgot the bacon on the fries! It was a travesty! Also, always ask for extra butter for the bread. They only give you a little sauce cup of it and it's normally it's about half full. The butter you have at home tastes nothing like the delicious butter they give you so you HAVE to remember that. When we want actual entrees we always eat in because steak needs to be eaten fresh off the grill, not fresh off the heat lamp. If you expect to eat there on a Friday or Saturday night you have to call way ahead of time for call ahead seating though. I called to get a table at 6pm on a Friday and they had a 2 hour wait time. It's an Outback, sometimes it's awesome sometimes it's a bit disappointing. Warning: Aussie Cheese Fries are addicting.

Had a great dinner here on Monday night! Our waiter was cool and the food was great! I got a medium steak that was delicious ! I tried a bite of my friends lobster tail which was also delish! Will likely be eating here more often!

I went to this chain steak restaurant when I first moved to the area and didn't know about the great independent restaurants! We had a good meal; it was a little late on a weeknight, but the service was good and the food better than most chains. We started with the ahi tuna, my husband's favorite, and then he chose the center cut filet, which he enjoyed, and I had a chicken dish, also tasty. This Outback is located in a strip center, so that detracts from the ambiance. But overall, it was an a-ok experience, nothing out of the ordinary!

The steak is awful compared to other steak houses. Everything else I tried was okay, however the blooming onions were the best I've ever had.

Aside from the waitress asking if I wanted cheese on my CHEDDAR bacon burger, I would say this was a satisfying dining experience.

Went there tonight 1-16-14. got a table right away but after 20 mins...(seriously Checked my phone and had a call when we wnt in so I had the time) no one had even come get us drinks. I went back to the front an asked for service. 5 mins later we got up and left! They Suck!!! The Mexican place next door "Cancun" was awesome. !!

We were seated around 6:55pm. Drinks and bread came out quickly. I'm unable to partake in gluten so I just sipped my water. We ordered a bloom in' onion right away. I can't eat that either, so I knew I'd be waiting for a bit to eat. No problem. I'm used to waiting as many apps aren't doable for me. But then the bloomin onion never arrived. We had to ask the waitress about it, and she said she thought someone else had brought it out, that we'd eaten it, and someone else had cleared it already... somehow all without her knowledge? Nope. We just sat for 45ish minutes before we got it. Pretty sure our server just forgot about it. She came by around the same time to say that our food would be "just a few more minutes." If a few more is more like 20 minutes, then she was right. While we're waiting, we overhear a man at the table behind us talking to the manager. Their food was wrong, service was poor and he flat out told him they wouldn't ever be back. At 8:05pm our food FINALLY arrives!! I was so hungry, and luckily the food looked good. Mine was tasty - I had the Alice Springs chicken with a sweet potato. My mom and dad's steak was well done instead of medium well, but they ate it as sent anyway. My brother and sister both had garlic mashed potatoes and there were large chunks of raw potato in them. In the words of Jimmy Fallon, "ew!" The waitress did automatically comp the bloomin onion without us saying anything, but overall our time here was the worst dining experience we've had in a long long time. I'd avoid this restaurant unless you're prepared for this type of scenario.

You know it's not going to be a good meal when you feel like you're on Kitchen Nightmare but there's no blonde British man yelling at the staff to do better We put our name on the list via the website as we were coming with a group of 6 and it's a Saturday night. We know how it goes, not out first rodeo. When we arrived we waited 15 minutes to be seated in a booth we all squeezed into. Good thing we're family and love each other. Drinks and bread arrived fairly quickly. We put in an order for a blooming onion when we ordered our drinks. It took 45 minutes for it to get to the table. Our waitress said, "Oh, I thought someone had brought it out to you & cleared it from your table already!" Um, honey, that's YOUR job. One hour and counting for our entrees to arrive. We ordered nothing complicated or outlandish. At this point, if it were just me, I would be walking out the door and then call the manager to complain. Sorry for the bad birthday dinner, baby brother.

Easy to see why this location is 2.5 stars and declining. Poor waitress, drinks showed up after appetizer which was late. Had to request bread twice. One of six meals had to be sent back ( raw burger). Manager could have corrected but failed to ask. Two of my daughters are servers. So a waiter has to work at getting less than 20% tip. Nothing was suggested to fix issues. Only blame was placed on busy father's day. Sorry I will protest by not returning for an extended amount of time. When paying the bill for 6 I would expect some folks who accually cared about my experience. 100.00 wasted.

Worst service I have had in a long time. Walked in at 4pm. Ordered appetizer and soup in addition to the meal. Soup took 45 minutes to be served. Spoke to manager and canceled our order at that point.

Had a steak craving so we stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner. The place was pretty empty so we thought it would be a quick in and out. We waited for quite some time to be greeted by the server which was par for the course for the rest of the visit. Our steaks came out quite awhile later both over cooked. The waitress commented that it had been happening quite a bit. So she left our sides with us to eat while we waited...again an abnormal amount of time. She mentioned the manager would be over, so we assumed something would be taken care of or maybe an apology. We got neither. Just over cooked steaks again. By this point we were too hungry and tired of waiting to complain. Lackluster performance all around. We won't be back...

Never have had a bad time or bad service. Usually order from here a couple times a month. The carry out is quick and consistent. Sometime online they offer a free app and all you have to do is mention it to the server! We really like it and the price is fair.

We went here last year and have never went back. First of all the seating in the booths in this restaurant is not designed for overweight people, I am not extremely overweight but it did make me self concious. Once we got seated our waitress from the start seemed to have an ego. I had ordered a medium rare porterhouse steak off of their menu which took awhile to get, once they brought it to the table they brought me a porterhouse pork chop, at which point I said "I ordered a steak" the waitress replied "no you didnt" which I replied "who the heck orders a medium rare porkchop?" So then they brought the manager over who seemed like he could care less, but did eventually bring me A porterhouse steak....which was tougher than wet leather. So to prevent my ears from blowing out so much steam that I sound like a train whistle. We through enough money on the table to cover our meals only and walked out of there. So if you want my advice ....AVOID AVOID AVOID

This is the third time I have been to this one and I can say it will be my last. There is always a wait, even though it's empty. And the service is the worst and somehow they manage to make the food so so.

Dumpster-ific. This place has shaken my faith in Outback, and society as a general concept. My wife and I have eaten here several times, and the food seemed to get worse every single time. Steaks are small and not served to your table promptly, which means I've been served a cold steak. Portions seem small. The Cheese Fries, which used to be the best appetizer anywhere, have shrunk to the point where I'm not sure why I'm paying ten bucks for a half order of fries with a whisper of cheese and bacon on them. I'd be better off giving ten bucks to a guy to punch me in the head, because that's what I felt like the last time I signed the check here. I went to the trouble to send the Outback an email, because I used to love this chain. I never heard a response. We've just moved on.

First, we had the best server ever, Johnna T. She checked back, kept our water/tea glasses filled and checked to see if everything was OK at appropriate times. Unfortunately, when in a group, if the food is NOT OK, it is pretty rude to make a fuss. I go to Outback regularly in Kenwood and Mason, always order and have always had very good salmon. I rely on the food consistency at Outback. But at the Crescent Springs Outback this visit the salmon was TERRIBLE! First it was a smaller, thinner piece than normal, it had a huge amount of that nasty grey stuff that tastes so terrible, and to top it off it was overcooked and dry. The broccoli included a lot of stem, but was tasty. The other items were fine, bloomin' onion, a nice porterhouse steak with salad and the moon ribs for the other guests, but my salmon was the worst I've every had and was disappointing for Outback. Sometimes Outback gives a feedback opportunity on the receipt, but not this time so I am sharing this as an "Meh-I've experienced better" Yelp!

Extremely disappointing. I went with my family, each of us had something different on our plates that was spoiled. I don't know if their refrigerator was broken or what, but they should've never served that! My daughters fish, the cream sauce on my husband's dish , the sauce and fish my son ordered , and even the sour cream on my potato were all spoiled. The waitress was nice about removing the cost of my sons dish but I really think they need an inspection there. It was my first night out in months and it was ruined. We were all racing to the bathroom with stomach issues for the few bites we had. I usually don't write reviews, but an experience like this had to be shared!

This is an okay chain. This particular location, for some unknown reason, is *always* packed. Even during the week. Definitely do call ahead seating if you're planning on going with a group larger than yourself. You'll still have to wait, but not as long. If you can't find a place to park (and chances are you won't find one if it's busy), you can park across the way in the lower rows at Staples. I don't think I've ever actually had a steak at Outback. My mom usually orders one, though, and she really likes it. I usually will have a chicken dish and it's always good. I will usually have a potato as a side - last time it was the baked sweet potato and that was great. I also add on a side salad with honey mustard... I really like their salads, though it's nothing too special. The bread that comes with the meal is fresh and tastes good. As an appetizer, we usually do the bloomin onion - aka, artery clogging goodness - and it's nice and crispy and good. They have Coke products, which I always forget about until I ask for a Dr. Pepper and have to settle for a Mr. Pibb. One thing that always kind of leaves me disappointed about Outback is the portion size of the main entree. I am always kind of like "oh.. that's my food...?" when they bring it out. I'm not exactly sure why. The portions aren't that small and, if you get a salad and appetizer, you'll leave plenty full.... I think it must be the size of the plate they serve it on in comparison to the size of the food. The food just comes out looking kind of sad and alone. Maybe they should add a garnish or something. Service is nice here. Bathrooms are clean. Food is pretty good, though slightly overpriced sometimes. Just go here prepared to wait for a table.
